Complete lack of communication. Didn't respond to my emails or messages. Wotif website wouldn't provide their phone number for me to call the property. Didn't send through check in details. Misleading property name... ghosting as FV Peppers. After 1 hour of trying to check in, making several phone calls, asking for assistance at FV Peppers, I finally made contact with the manager via phone. In order to check in, I had to go to the nearby convenience store to pick up the key from a lock box. The whole experience was dodgy and I highly recommend Wotif discontinue hosting this property on their website.

Check in process was awful. Room was fine, probably would book personally with the hotel next time instead of with Serain. Parking was not available so had to park off site

Location was great, was not advised there was no parking available as info stated parking available which added an additional $120 cost I wasn’t prepared for. Bed mattress was not very comfortable.

Unfortunately to check into this property was difficult. Very poor communication from the property to receive check in details.
The apartment did not feel clean, especially the lounge. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. Would not recommend this property.

WARNING - this is NOT the Hotel. Go to FV by Peppers if you want the real experience. I could not locate keys nor would the manager answer the phone to assist. The onsite Team were lovely and accommodated me as much as they could, although they didnt have to as I was not a paying customer of theirs. I finally got access to the apartment and it was AWFUL!!! I am disgusted. I ended up leaving and paying to stay at the Hotel. Miles apart! I was so thankful for the real experience. Avoid this SCAM.
